My Story
I’m a highly motivated professional with 10+ years of client relations and team management experience, building communication strategies and leading operational teams through change. Across multiple leadership roles, I’ve developed deep expertise in customer service, operations management, and program execution, especially in environments where safety, reliability, and accountability matter.

I also have extensive experience applying data and machine learning to improve operational efficiency: standardizing processes, improving data quality, and reducing human dependencies in repeatable workflows.

I work with organizations to move from “one-off efforts” to repeatable programs using the right mix of hardware, software, and process design.
